Registration Requirements

To register an account on hv77, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You must not use fictitious names, incorrect dates of birth, or false contact details. hv77 reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time and to suspend or close an account where any registered information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active hv77 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. If hv77 identifies that a player has registered multiple accounts, hv77 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all bets and transactions made across those accounts, and permanently bar the individual from re-registering. Any winnings or bonus funds accumulated across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.

Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your hv77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. hv77 will treat all activity carried out through your account as having been authorised by you. In the event that you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify hv77 immediately via the support channel and change your password without delay. hv77 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account Closure and Suspension

hv77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information; (c) suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or manipulation of games or promotions; (d) chargebacks or disputed payment transactions; (e) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (f) self-exclusion request by the player; (g) any activity that hv77 reasonably believes may be contrary to applicable laws or regulations. Where an account is closed due to player breach, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on hv77 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail. Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts. hv77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this will not affect bonus funds already credited to an active player account where wagering has already commenced.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated in the individual promotion terms and will typically be expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x rollover on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). Wagers placed on games that are excluded from bonus play, or wagers placed at stakes below the minimum qualifying stake, will not contribute toward satisfying the wagering requirement. hv77 maintains a list of excluded games on the Promotions page.

Bonus Abuse and Misuse

hv77 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or claw back any bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to complete wagering requirements without incurring meaningful risk; exploiting a technical error or vulnerability in the Platform to obtain bonus funds; colluding with other players to manipulate promotion outcomes; or registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Where bonus abuse is identified, all associated bonus funds and winnings derived from those funds will be forfeited.

Player Protection Tools

hv77 provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard: (a) Deposit Limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; once set, a limit may not be increased until a cooling-off period of 24 hours has elapsed; (b) Session Time Reminders — players may set notifications to alert them after a defined period of continuous play; (c) Cooling-Off Period — players may apply a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks; (d) Self-Exclusion — players may permanently self-exclude their account from the Platform; self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed within the minimum exclusion period.

Underage Gambling Prevention

hv77 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Players who have minors in their household are advised to ensure that their hv77 account credentials are kept private and inaccessible to those minors. hv77 may conduct age verification checks at any point during the player lifecycle, including at the point of registration, before processing a first withdrawal, and at any time a suspicious pattern of use is detected. Where a player is confirmed to be under 21 years of age, all transactions will be voided and any funds held in the account will be returned to the original payment source.
